William Charles Brown

This is William's first year teaching Brass at USDAN, though he has many fond memories being a former Usdanite! Although from Long Island, he regularly resides in London and enjoys a busy and varied career performing on trombone with orchestras, opera and ballet companies and also examines for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. He has degrees from the Manhattan School of Music (BMUS) and Royal College of Music(MMUS), and most often works with The Orchestra of the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, Oxford & Brighton Philharmonics, Orpheus Sinfonia and the London Mozart Players amongst many others. Lately, Will has been obsessed with all things Italian this year, and when not working is often planning his next trip in Italy and learning the language.
