Kalliope Mamais

Kalliope Mamais earned her B.A. in Literature and Communications from Pace University, and her M.A. in English Education from New York University. A certified Yoga teacher, she’s been teaching Yoga and Wellness since 2007. She is bilingual in Greek and English, and has over twenty years experience teaching Literature, Academic and Creative Writing, Gardening, and Nature. Through a learner centered approach she strives to foster independent, open-minded curious learners who think critically, act ethically, and work collaboratively. She joined USDAN in 2022.
