Art Summer Camp Classes on Long Island

2027 CLASSES

At Usdan, students in grades 2-12 choose one Major, one Minor, and one Recreation class per 4-week session. We offer Major and Minor classes in five art disciplines — Art, Creative Writing, Dance, Music, and Theater — and three specialty areas — Chess, Nature & Sustainability, and Recreational Arts.

1-week Recreational Camp: June 28–August 20, 2026, weekdays (closed Monday, July 5)

How to Use our Class Finder

Use the filters below to customize the list of summer classes based on your child's grade in the 2026–27 school year and their interests. Once you've selected "Apply," please be sure to click on the class cards to see more details. 

If your child is attending our Classic 8-week session, please find a Major, Minor, and Recreational Activity that they are interested in for both the 4-week A and 4-week B sessions. Some classes are offered for both A and B, while others are only offered for one. The only class that must be taken for all eight weeks is the Usdan Troupe.
